Selkie Vine Fabric

When I designed Selkie Vine, the reference was the selkie myth as a mood rather than a story. It’s about movement and fluidity, the idea of something shaped by the sea and always in motion. The vines flow instead of climb, and the repeat is meant to feel continuous, like a tide rather than a grid.

The palette stays firmly in that sea-blue range—cool, calm, and slightly weathered—so the pattern has depth without being loud. The florals are graphic and deliberate, giving structure to what could otherwise feel too soft.
