How quickly will I receive my order?

Our wallpaper and fabrics are printed to order and are non-stocked items. The production of an order will begin after payment is received in full. Please note that the lead time on all orders is 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated. Please read our Delivery Policy here.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are happy to deliver worldwide. Please note that Living Quarters are not responsible for international customs duties and taxes.


Can I order samples?

Yes of course! It is always best to see wallpaper and fabric in person to get a real feel for the quality, colours and pattern in situ.

We have made every effort to show an accurate representation of the colours of our products on our website, however, we highly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing.

How can I order a sample?

To order a sample, go to the product page that you require, then select ‘sample’ from the drop-down options bar.



Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, our prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges and import duties. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Please note that international orders are subject to additional import duties.



Cancellations are offered at the discretion of Living Quarters. Please contact us at if you wish to cancel an order.

We have a 28 day return policy. Please notify us within 28 days of receiving your item if you wish to make a return. Read more about our refund policy here

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on cut lengths of wallpaper or fabric.
