Dear Father Christmas…

Karen Brotherton

As the Christmas season rapidly approaches, I’ve started thinking about the little touches that will make my home feel even cosier this year. I want to fill my space with gifts that add charm, comfort, and a bit of extra cheer. Here's my Christmas wish list for the home—a mix of practical essentials and a few indulgent luxuries to make this time of year even more magical.

Frances Savage Egg Cup Set - Toast

The perfect egg cup doesn’t exist… Until now! This set is ideal for Sunday morning eggs and soldiers.

Bellamy Jean – Sekhmet – Partnership Editions

Obsessed with everything Bellamy Jean creates. Her aesthetic perfectly aligns with The Living Quarter’s vibe, yet I still haven’t made a purchase. Definitely putting her on my Christmas list!

Freyja Lee – Tears of Gold Large Platter – Partnership Editions

Sunday-best ceramics at their finest. Would I actually use these? Probably not. But they’d look gorgeous displayed on a shelf in the kitchen.

Half Moon Face Christmas Ornament – Choosing Keeping

Celestial perfection for the Christmas tree. Best hung up high, safely out of reach from little hands.

Dandelion Paperweight – Twenty Twenty One

I've always wanted a dandelion paperweight, and it’s been on my list for ages. Even more so now that I know about how Hafod Grange makes them! Magical.

Tin Decoration Neptune – The Shop Floor Project

In an ideal world, I’d make these myself. But who has the time? Especially when they’re as stunning as this!

Tin Decoration King Crab – The Shop Floor Project

Just… perfection. The kind of decoration that stays hanging from the fireplace all year long.

Bamboo Tray – Studio Ham

For serving up cocktails with flair, inspired by that recipe from the cocktail book your cool aunt gave you.

Siren in the Sand print – Brittany Ferns

I am so drawn to everything that Brittany Ferns creates, but I have a soft spot for her magical mermaids!

Jade Panel Tumbler - Mosser Glass

I’ve been on the hunt for vintage jade glass, but these beauties from Mosser Glass are just as ideal.

Fish Candlestick – Celia Wood Ceramics

Playful and perfect for a cozy winter fireplace.

 Rowan Macgregor

I always miss the drop for Rowan Macgregor’s pieces, but a Christmas miracle would be someone setting an alert for me so I can finally own one of these beauties.

Everyday Santoku – Maldon – All Day Goods

Perfect for everyday use, and beautiful to look at. I need the whole set.
